"The onus of any art, be it Tai Chi Chuan, cooking, surgery or spiritual cultivation, is practical benefits."
— Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit

Why practise the Shaolin arts?

The one and only reason to practice is to get excellent practical benefits. This is onus of all Shaolin arts. For instance:

  1. Practising Shaolin Chi Kung will give you radiant health and abundant vitality.

It is not important that we make these claims; what is important is that you can confirm them to be true through direct experience!

Grandmaster Wong's teaching is especially tailored towards cost-effectiveness and maximum benefit: In the shortest, most convenient time frame all course participants are transmitted the best possible methods to achieve their aims, whatever they may be.
